About Me

Hello, I am Your Coach Gigi

I’m honored to share a bit of my journey with you.

If I may be completely transparent, there was a long period in my life when I struggled deeply with who I was. I spent much of my life overweight, and with that came years of battling body image issues, self-acceptance, and questions about my identity. I felt like I was wearing a version of myself that wasn’t truly me, and it created a weight that went beyond the physical. For so long, I believed that losing weight would be the answer to all my struggles.
 
When I first started training, my mindset was all about shrinking — trying to make myself less, hoping a smaller version of me would mean a happier me. But through years of physical and mental growth, I realized that no amount of weight loss could bring true contentment until I learned to accept and love myself as I was in that very moment.
 

It didn’t happen overnight. I kept speaking kind words to myself, repeating them until I could believe in them. I discovered an incredible strength in training, but it wasn’t in the pursuit of a certain look; it was in the pursuit of health, of feeling strong and empowered. I began to celebrate my body for what it could do rather than how it looked. Lifting weights became a source of power, not just physically but emotionally, teaching me the value of resilience, patience, and compassion toward myself.

Today, I want to share what I’ve learned with others. I want to help women find self-confidence, inner transformation, and physical health so that they can give fully to their loved ones. I truly believe that we cannot pour from an empty cup, and that’s why taking care of ourselves is one of the greatest gifts we can give to our families.
